About Mosaik Design & Remodeling
Let’s get to know each other better.
Great designs. Better service.
Nothing at Mosaik is done by the numbers. We love to dive headfirst into projects where we see real potential to create something amazing.
We start every conversation with 3 simple questions:
What’s your project?
What’s your timeline?
What’s your budget?
If we don’t think our skills and experience are a good fit for your project, we won’t beat around the bush. We’re upfront and honest people and respect your time
But we want to share in the excitement you have for your home. So let’s hear your ideas and we’ll show you the way we do things here at Mosaik.

Design-build leaves no detail to chance.
Have you heard the remodeling horror stories yet? Everyone has a friend or neighbor with a tale to tell about a remodeling project gone bad with budget overruns, scheduling conflicts, no-show contractors, and lengthy delays.
That isn’t design-build. That isn’t Mosaik.
Our designers, contractors, and project managers don’t fight and don’t point fingers. We collaborate to create plans, solve problems, and make every project something special.
Design-build is a philosophy built around:
- Planning – When designers and contractors work together from the beginning, construction is faster and there are fewer unexpected hiccups.
- Communication – Design-build is a 2-way street. We’ll share progress updates with you and want to hear from you, too. If something’s on your mind, let’s talk!
- Realization – Everything comes together in the end. The only thing better than our designs and construction is our service.
Mosaik really is a one-stop shop. We design it. We build it. You love it.
Start to finish, we take ownership of every aspect of your project and can help with:
- Design
- Construction
- Interior Design
- Landscaping

So many people talk about “dream” homes. But what is “the dream”?
For me, it’s about discovering what fits your needs and budget. It’s about making sure the design works seamlessly with your home’s original style and your tastes. But mostly it’s about taking time to listen and to give you my very best effort, including clear and timely communication, acting as a trusted professional who educates and assists throughout your project.
The dream really came together on one of my favorite recent projects, a whole home remodel on a Mid-Century home that included a second story addition and hardscaping. We transformed the entire home from outdated to spectacular. Now it has such a cool vibe and offers plenty of room for the whole family. Plus the Mt. Hood and river views are to die for!
Another unforgettable recent project was one where I was the client, designer, and project manager all at the same time. I built my own home and learned many valuable lessons along the way. Sometimes you have to let the small mistakes go and things often turn out way better than you ever thought! But the biggest lesson was that family matters most of all at the end of the day.

Owner / Project Manager
My grandfather used to say, “Do it right or don’t do it at all.”
This mindset is something I bring to the table whenever I meet with a potential client. I don’t believe in cutting corners or going halfway. Solving tricky problems, overcoming challenges, and doing the best work I can is what I love about my job. Because remodeling can be a little stressful, I always try to put a smile on my face and bring a little humor to each project, too.
Every project has its own challenges and rewards which makes it hard to pick an absolute favorite. But my favorite part of any project is sharing in the satisfaction our clients have when the job is done and they can start enjoying the results. I love it when we get thank you cards, photo albums, or even a simple text message thanking us for a job well done.
Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors and camping with my daughter. Besides that, I like the challenge of cooking a great meal for family and friends. I try to do it all, from appetizers and side dishes all the way to dessert! Both camping and cooking are very good therapy for the soul.
