A hike in the Columbia Gorge inspired this earthy kitchen remodel. Building from what could only have been called a 1960's mish mash, a focal point of this room was the need for a recycling and composting center. Mosaik's solution was to transform an old mud room into a state of the art recycling area that doubles as an elegant pantry.
Natural materials like the mossy green concrete countertops blend with alder cabinets to help bring the woods indoors. After all, the next hike is right around the corner.
