"Can we do something with this house?" Our clients asked Mosaik Design if we could make their very 1980's Dunthorpe Tri-level into something that wasn't brown, dark and disfunctional PRIOR to their purchase. Upon our enthusiastic "Oh my God, yes we can!" they bought the house and the kitchen & bath remodel with a 500 square foot addition ensued.

Mosaik had the pleasure of the client giving them creative license to increase the homes' livability through light, space and Asian influences. The confluence of trust and good design lead to a very innovative space that sports unique details like a giant round window, a Kotatsu-style eating bar and all sorts of design details that makes this home what it is today... a fantastically, gorgeous home and a sound investment.
