Welcome to our first real blog entry! We hope to be really good at posting things, but, don’t hold your breath!
As a Full Service Design Build firm we get requests for a lot of really unique things. We will be posting things as they come along. So keep checking back we think we’ll have some cool things that you will enjoy and perhaps find helpful.
Anyway, “Work on your Fame Area” what do we mean by that? Well, we had a client that had an Feng Shui consultation by an amazing woman, Cheryl Janis. Cheryl suggested that our client do something around her existing back patio fountain to bolster the “Fame” section of her back yard. So, we at Mosaik Design were put to the task of making her fame area amazing and weather proof. Not a typical request. But we love that kind of stuff!
So, I came up with the design and the tile selection and Scott did all the R & D to figure out how to make this monolith not weigh a million pounds and look amazing. He’s the king of problem solving and never backs down from one of our art project challenges. He also installed it on one of Portland Oregons record hot days.
So, enjoy the pics! We’ll eventually post a picture of it at night, our client says it’s absolutely gorgeous. Fame should be gorgeous!
